Manage the month end accounting close process to ensure activities are performed within required deadlines and established internal controls procedures are consistently followed.
System administrator for the accounting ERP and consolidation systems, including ensuring established data governance and change management procedures are consistently followed.
Provide and evaluate accounting business requirements as input to comprehensive solutions that improve efficiency, effectiveness, reliability, agility, and scalability of the accounting and financial reporting processes.
Participate in finance transformation in a support role as we look to build sustainable processes and systems to support firm growth, including development of requirements and future state process design.
Collaborate with colleagues to build and enhance documentation of accounting processes and controls.
Build deep networks within the firm and collaborate successfully with colleagues to continuously advance the efficiency and effectiveness of the record to report value stream.
CPA with minimum 3 years public accounting experience preferred.
Process improvement experience and mindset.
Self-motivated. Initiates activities with high degree of drive, passion, and commitment to continuous improvement.
Advanced MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio skills.

Experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) system a plus.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with emphasis in accounting required.
