Your role

As a Marketing & Communication Specialist, you will contribute to the development and implementation of marketing and communication policies, tailored to the latest market developments and customer needs. You will work closely with different business units to ensure that our strategies are effective and customer-focused.

Your tasks

1. (Market) analysis
   • Identifying and analysing trends and developments within the pension world and the field of marketing and communication.
   • Performing and analyzing benchmarks and translating trends into opportunities, threats and policy proposals.
2. Marketing & Communication Policy
   • Developing marketing and communication policy and translating it into concrete actions and resources, in line with APG's organizational objectives.
   • Collaborate with the business units to develop effective annual plans and marketing mixes.
3. Intake
   • Analyzing the needs and questions of internal clients and customers.
   • Translating customer needs into marketing and communication concepts that meet expectations and needs.

Your Profile

• You have completed a college or university degree in marketing, communication or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate trends and developments into effective strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• You are proactive, creative and result-oriented.
